Meet Audrey

Hi, I’m Audrey — and I’ve spent over 20 years helping seniors feel confident, connected, and safe with technology.

This isn’t just a business for me. I was my dad’s personal tech guru for years — walking him through everything from Facebook to Skype, even from 580 miles away. When my mom was in her final days battling cancer, it was technology that allowed her to watch my brother Ben get married on the dock outside her window. She was there — because of a screen and my Dad who was bound and determined to have my mom watch her baby get married.

Back in 2004, my daughter Brianna and I volunteered together at a local assisted living facility teaching seniors how to use computers. That was over 20 years ago — and I haven’t stopped since. I’ve taught 100+ seniors hands-on, and THOUSANDS around the world and every single class and video tutorial reminds me why this work matters.

My gift is teaching. My passion is seniors. And I can’t wait to bring that to your residents — completely free.

Meet Ben

Let’s get one thing straight: none of this would be possible without my amazing wife (also my best friend) and our three incredible kids — two of whom are teenagers, which means I’m running on prayer and energy drinks. They’re the heartbeat of everything I do and the reason I wake up each morning with purpose… and sometimes panic.

After 20+ years working on space systems in the U.S. Air Force (yes, actual space), I traded satellites for screen sharing. It all started when my aunt couldn’t figure out her smart TV remote and I somehow became the family tech support. That “aha!” moment showed me how overwhelming technology can be for seniors — and how life-changing it is when someone finally explains it clearly.

So my sister and I joined forces to create Simplifying Tech For Seniors (STFS) — a place where seniors and caregivers get step-by-step tech help without the eye rolls. Now, we’re on a mission to turn confusion into confidence, one button at a time.
